I: The
Parent acknowledges that the student is
familiar with the school environment and
the services available, before and
stands now and has no right to demand
the provision of environment, believed
to be better than is available and seen
it.
II: The
Parent agreed to pay tuition fees
, as agreed to , at the time.
III: The
Parent is to refrain from
interfering in all aspects of technical,
administrative and academic of the
school and has no right to object to the
program for the conduct of
performance in all aspects.
VI:
The administration of the school is
committed to oversee and provide
transportation unless in
unforeseen events or the failure
of vehicles that will be for a temporary
period.
V: The
parents declare that are dealing
directly with the school administration
in regard to the relationship of each
child / student, teacher or school
administration.
VI: The
Parent is committed to compliance with
the instructions of the school and
respect its decision.
VII: The
guardian of the child / student,
accepted in the first year not to object
to the academic policy of the school on
the dates of school attendance and the
number of shares, distribution and
timing and has always remained committed
to bring his child to the school
if asked to do so.
VIII:
The requirement in item VII above
prerequisite and essential to the
acceptance and continue of a first year
student.
IX: As
the management of the school has
provided a capable academic staff
the guardian is not allowed to enter
into any contract for the teaching of
his child outside the school and in
case of a need for such lessons, parent
is committed to strengthening the
student in coordination with the school
which have the right to nominate the
appropriate teacher in order to prevent
the academic confusion that may occurs
due to differences in the means and the
processing performance and the way of
academic treatment.
X:
Tuition fees for students is not
refundable or turned in favor of another
or from year to year.
XI:
Parent acknowledges he have read the
above conditions, before registration of
his child and knows that any breach of
any of the conditions set gives the
school the right to expel students from
school without any responsibility
towards the school management or
compensation.
X11: All
correspondence and communication between
the school and the parent will be
through email and the internet and the
parent agreed to provide an email
address and inform the school about any
changes in the information provided in
the registration form.
XIII:
Although the school has taken all
possible means of preserving the
integrity of children / pupils in the
school but would like to point out that
the school is not responsible in any way
for any problem or incident or opposed
to the child / pupil , god forbid ,
during the school hours.
X1111: General conditions for admission
- The
achievement of school-age: the third of
the kindergarten and the fifth for
primary school.
- Fill
the application form and attach the
birth certificate and vaccination -

Declaration of parent's obligation to
the school policy.
- Pass
the test Cambridge Schools.

أولاً: يقر ولي امر التلميذ بانه قد اطلع علي
البيئه المدرسية والخدمات المتاحة وقبلها وبوضعها
الراهن وليس لديه الحق في المطالبة بتوفير بيئه
يعتقد انها افضل مما هو متاح واطلع عليه
.
ثانياً: يلتزم ولي
الأمر بسداد الرسوم الدراسية والتي يتفق عليها في
مواعيدها المحددة.
ثالثاً: يلتزم ولي
امر التلميذ بالإمتناع عن التدخل في كافة النواحي
الفنية والإدارية والاكاديمية الخاصة بالمدرسة
ولايحق له الاعتراض علي البرنامج المرسوم لتسيير
الاداء في كافة الاوجه

رابعاً: تلتزم
ادارة المدرسة بالإشراف الكامل علي الترحيل
وتوفيره الا في حالة حدوث ظروف قاهرة أو اعطال
العربات ا لمفاجئة وتلتزم إدارة المدرسة بان يكون
ذلك لفترة مؤقتة.
خامساً: يلتزم ولي
الأمر بان يتم التعامل مع إدارة المدرسة مباشرة في
كل شأن يتعلق بعلاقة الطفل/ التلميذ بالمعلمين او
إدارة المدرسة
.
سادساً: يلتزم ولي
أمر التلميذ بالإمتثال بتعليمات المدرسة وإحترام
قرارها.
سابعاً: يلتزم ولي
أمر الطفل/ التلميذ المقبول بالصف الاول بعدم
الإعتراض علي سياسة المدرسة الأكاديمية المتعلقة
بمواعيد الحضور والإنصراف وعدد الحصص وتوزيعها
وتوقيتها ويلتزم دائماً بإحضار التلميذ متي ماطلب
منه ذلك
.
ثامناً: يعتبر
الشرط الوارد في البند سابعاً اعلاه شرطاً اساسياً
وجوهرياً لقبول التلميذ بالصف الاول والإستمرار
فيه
.
تاسعاً: حيث ان
ادارة المدرسة قد وفرت كادر اكاديمي مقتدر يمتنع
علي ولي امرالطفل/ التلميذ ابرام اي عقد لتدريس
ابنه خارج المدرسة وفي حالة حاجة التلميذ لدروس
تقوية يلتزم ولي امر التلميذ بالتنسيق مع ادارة
المدرسة التي تمتلك
الحق في ترشيح المعلم المناسب منعاً للتشويش
الاكاديمي الذي يحدث نتيجة لاختلاف الوسائل
والاداء وطريقة المعالجة الأكاديمية
.
عاشراً : الرسوم
الدراسية لاترد ولاتحول من تلميذ لصالح آخر ولا من
عام لاخر
.
احد عشر : يقر ولي
أمر الطفل/التلميذ بانه قرا الشروط الواردة اعلاه
وقبلها وعلم بان اي اخلال بأي من الشروط الواردة
يمنح ادارة المدرسة الحق في ابعاد التلميذ من
المدرسة دون ادني مسئولية تجاه إدارة المدرسة أو
التعويض
إثنى عشر :
جميع التقارير وطريقة التواصل
بين المدرسة والبيت
ستكون عبر البريد الالكترونى والانترنت ومن
مسؤولية ولى الامر تزويد المدرسة ببريد الكترونى
وإعلام المدرسة فى حالة تغييره أو أى تغيير فى
البيانات المدونة فى نموذج التسجيل.
ثلاثة
عشر :
على الرغم من أن
المدرسة قد أخذت كل السبل الممكنة للحفاظ على
سلامة الاطفال / التلاميذ بالمدرسة إلا أنها تود
الإشارة إلى أن المدرسة غير مسؤولة بأي شكل
من الأشكال عن أي مشكلة أو عارض أو حادث قد يتعرض
له الطفل / التلميذ، لا سمح الله
فى أوقات الدوام بالمدرسة
الا إذا كان ذلك نتيجة تقصير واضح من المدرسة.
